Inspired by Chef Gordon Ramsay, sautéed potatoes is one of my favourite side-dish when I have roast chicken or beef steak.
500 gram of Charlotte potatoes (wash)
3 sprigs of rosemary
3 cloves of garlic
30 gram of butter
First. Halve the potatoes with the skin on. Put the potatoes into boiled salted water. Cook them for 5 minutes. Pour through the colander and just let them sit there, steam and dry.
Second. Preheat the sauteed pan with medium heat, get it really nice and hot. Add some olive oil. Add the half side potatoes down into the pan, fry it until nice and crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Crushthe garlics and scatter them all over the potatoes. Turn them over.
Third. Add the butter. Pick and finely chop the rosemary. Sprinkle on top of the potatoes and gently coat them with the rosemary.
