I was in love with this recipe when I was at a bar in Malta. If you’re a fan of classic G+T, a ginger twist makes your gin more special.
Ingredients
- 50 ml gin (Bombay saphire or Hendrick’s)
- 100 ml ginger beer
- 1 stack of rosemary
- Ice cubes
Method
Fill the cocktail glass with ice cubes, top with 50ml gin and a dash of ginger beer. Add a stack of rosemary. Stir well and serve.
